Established in 1976, Pinneys produced smoked salmon for mail order from their smokehouse in Brydekirk.
Whilst the business began supplying smoked salmon, it has developed into supplying natural wet fish, including salmon and premium white fish, fish delicatessen products including pate, terrines, value added party food and value added ready meals - focusing on M&S additive free Cook! range.
The Stapleton Road site opened in 1985 / 86 consolidating a number of smaller sites.
Pinneys holds a Royal Warrant to supply smoked salmon to Her Majesty, the Queen - the warrant was awarded in 1986.
