| Foodvest Becomes Findus Group |

From June 8 2009, the former Foodvest Group will change its name to Findus Group. The change is intended to mark a new phase for the business, under the leadership of a new CEO, Chris Britton.
The Findus Group is one of the largest frozen food and fish businesses in Europe. It consists of Young’s Seafood and The Seafood Company in the UK, plus Findus in the UK, Sweden, France, Norway and Finland. The Group also has a number of developing Findus markets in eastern Europe.
